About us

We founded MediPixel Kft. in 1999, with the aim of dealing with the trade of rapid health tests, and since 2010 Medipixel has taken a regional pioneering role in spreading the concept of digital and automated pathology.

In 2014, the company reached a milestone, since as our first serious reference we installed a fully automatic, two-detector Samsung XGEO GC80 system (with pre-programmed recording settings and positioning) in the radiology department of the “400-bed clinic” of the University of Pécs, and we undertook the representation and service support of the Aspyra imaging IT system (PACS) operating there.

After that, we took the direction that we now represent in a streamlined form, we installed countless medical imaging diagnostic equipment throughout the country and abroad. The fact that every year more and more universities, hospitals, private clinics and specialist surgeries vote their trust in our solutions clearly shows the trust in our services.

As an official distributor, we are proud to represent Samsung Electronics Digital X-ray devices in Hungary and Slovakia. We also offer a unique portfolio of surgical image intensifiers and digital C-arm equipment, as well as mammography equipment as a representative of Genoray Co., also from South Korea. Fluoroscopic X-ray equipment can also be found among our products, courtesy of the Chinese Shenzen Angell.

Our products also include medical monitors and the Aspyra PACS medical imaging IT system, which enables the construction of a very modern integrated imaging system.

We also represent the global manufacturer 3DHistech in the field of digital pathology in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the South Slavic states. The company and its products, digital scanners and telepathology solutions, are among the best in the world.
